This photo art gallery photo collection explores abstract still lifes. The Metal Morphosing series of art photos uses a Polaroid photographic technique that cannot be done any more of the Polaroid film has been discontinued. The photos are solorised on the original then the backing paper with a latent image is left to build up crystals as the chemicals dry. This image was the copied onto 5x4 negative film . The photographs have a surface quality that is organic and adds an extra depth to the subject matter.
